Strategic Planning
The SharerVision approach to strategic planning involves a thorough look at an organization or a service line(s) within the organization.
SharerVision consultants will complete an onsite visit in which they will:
-- Assess structure and function of the organization or service line(s)

S.W.O.T. Analysis
A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats) analysis is completed as a part of the strategic planning process but can
also be done without a complete strategic plan in cases where the organization has a strategic plan and wants an analysis of the
strengths and weaknesses of a specific service line.
