About Joan Alfred, MHA-MSN, RN
 

Ms. Alfred is is a 1998 graduate of the Indiana University Master of Health Administration and Master of Nursing Administration programs. She has held several management and administrative positions in home care since 1979.
 
She has expertise in opening branch offices, marketing and sales, supervising direct care staff, managing office employees, assuring quality patient care, overseeing financial operations, and administrating programs and services.
 
Joan has consulted with home care agencies in the state of Indiana since 1992, refining and improving their methods of operation. Joan has served as Vice President, Secretary, and Board Member of the Indiana Association for Home and Hospice Care.
